Who is responsible and how to contact us

Personal information you provide

If you choose to contact Shirin, you may provide your name, email address, optional telephone number, whether you are interested in buying, selling, both, or exploring options, and any information you include in your message. Telephone conversations, email correspondence, and follow-up communications may contain information you choose to provide. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment card details, bank account credentials, government identification, or other sensitive financial information in the contact form.

Formspree: contact-form processing and email delivery

The contact form uses Formspree as the website's submission-processing provider. Form submissions are transmitted to Formspree, which may store them in a dashboard and forward email notifications to the verified recipient designated in the Formspree account. Formspree may also process associated IP address, device/browser data, timestamps, and anti-abuse information needed to receive, secure, and deliver requests. Shirin or authorized brokerage personnel may review the resulting inquiries. Formspree's own privacy policy and applicable terms govern its processing of information on that platform.

Form data is transmitted to Formspree only when you submit an inquiry, not merely from opening the Contact page. The site shows a success confirmation only after the submission service acknowledges receipt.

Information collected automatically

The website host and infrastructure/security providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, requested pages, approximate location inferred from technical signals, timestamps, and connection/security logs to operate and protect the site. We do not currently intend to deploy advertising pixels, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics as part of this website. Actual deployments and any added scripts must be verified before publication and reflected here.

Why information is processed

Information is processed to respond to inquiries, discuss real estate services at your request, route communications appropriately, maintain business records where necessary, prevent spam or abuse, operate and improve security and performance, comply with law, and address legitimate requests or disputes. We do not treat a simple property inquiry as consent to unrelated promotional email or text messaging. If marketing is later introduced, appropriate notices, choices, and safeguards will be added before use.

Our service providers and disclosures

Website hosting and infrastructure/security providers may process technical data; Formspree handles enabled web form inquiries; email and telephone providers handle communications; and no third-party consent-management platform is used; the site's privacy notice runs from first-party code on this website. We may disclose information to The ONE Luxury Properties, authorized service personnel, or real estate transaction participants when relevant to your request and consistent with law, and to regulators, courts, or others as legally required or to protect lawful rights. We do not represent that any provider is contractually restricted to a particular retention period until verified.

Cookies and local storage

Cookies and browser storage can support essential site/security functions and remember a visitor's notice preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are not approved or active on this website at this stage. The site shows a simple first-party privacy notice; when you select "Got it", your browser saves one local-storage item (shirin_cookie_notice_v1) containing the notice version and the date, for up to 180 days, so the notice is not shown again. It is not a cookie and is not sent to us or to any third party. You can clear it at any time through "Cookie Settings" in the site footer.

Contact-form details are transmitted to Formspree only when you submit the form. A pre-launch local browser review of an unpublished build found no cookies and no third-party requests on page load; the website host or security providers may set strictly necessary cookies after deployment, and the inventory will be rechecked on the production domain. Consent choices and browser signals

This website currently runs no optional analytics or advertising cookies, so there are no optional categories requiring Accept and Reject choices. If optional technologies are introduced later, they will remain inactive until any legally required consent is obtained; clear Accept, Reject, and preference controls will be provided before activation. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser signal expressing an opt-out choice regarding sale or sharing of personal information; it will be respected where legally required and technically applicable. A traditional Do Not Track signal is not identical to GPC and may not have a universally agreed standard. Our technical configuration must be tested against these statements before launch.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Shirin does not intend to sell contact-form inquiry information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We are not intentionally deploying advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or profiling scripts through the website at this stage. Sharing inquiry data with the service providers described above to perform requested services is different from selling it. If practices change, this notice and any legally required opt-out mechanisms will be updated before the change.

California privacy rights

Depending on whether a particular California privacy statute applies to Shirin, The ONE Luxury Properties, or an associated business and to the data at issue, California residents may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; limit certain sensitive-information uses; or opt out of sale or sharing, subject to legal exceptions. We do not assume that all CCPA provisions apply solely because a visitor lives in California. Please direct requests to the contact details above. We will evaluate applicable rights, verify identity when appropriate, and respond as required by law without unlawful discrimination for exercising protected rights. An authorized agent may submit requests where permitted.

Retention and deletion

Personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage requested communications, address disputes, satisfy recordkeeping obligations, and meet applicable law. The specific retention period may differ between Shirin's email account, Formspree's dashboard, hosting/security logs, and any brokerage system to which information is legitimately transferred. Formspree plan features affect submission history retention.

Data safeguards and cross-border processing

We use or require reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the type of information processed. Email and internet transmissions carry inherent risk; no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in other jurisdictions, subject to their services and applicable agreements. Do not transmit confidential financial credentials through the website.

Children

This website is intended for a general real estate audience, not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and, when appropriate, deleted.

External services and links

The site links to externally operated brokerage sites, property portals, map/directions pages, YouTube, social platforms, and other providers. Clicking an external link takes you to another operator that may independently process information or set cookies under its own policies. The site does not use embedded YouTube players at this stage; links themselves are not embedded tracking technologies.

Email and marketing choices

If you send a website inquiry, Shirin or an authorized representative may respond using the contact method you supplied. Any later direct marketing must comply with applicable consent and opt-out rules; please contact us to stop marketing messages you do not wish to receive. We do not currently use website-submitted contact details for cross-site retargeting.
